Some people leave their candy on scarecrows, but one may not know is that the scarecrow might be the owner.Now, when someone comes by and pick up the candy, the owner may try to scare the children and adults.

Some pumpkins could look scary or funny, people call it a jack-o-lantern. People put a candle inside the jack-o-lantern so every one can see it in the dark.the very first jack-o-lantern was made in 1750. It takes times to make a pumpkin in to a jack-o-lantern.
The first thing you have to do is cut the top off the pumpkin(a round circle), and the take out the seeds in it, mostly clean out every thing in it. Then you have to give it a face. It could be scary, funny, or sad, it depends on what kind of face you want to give it. After you done that put a candle in it so it could light up all night.
